At the end of the day, let there be no excuse, no explanations, no regrets. Live a life true to yourself, not what the others expect of you. Be brave. Be bold. Believe in yourself. Be good to yourself. Take risks. Love truly, Laugh loudly. Do what makes you happy. Never avoid anything that makes you smile.
You will piss a lot of people off when you start doing what’s best for you. When you start seeing your worth, you’ll find it harder to stay around people who don’t. People will start hating you from the time you start living for yourself.
People will come and go, but the one in the mirror will be there forever. Don’t waste your time on insignificant people. Let them go. They never belonged with you in the first place.
People will judge. People will criticise. They’ll tell you the How it is and What it is. They will leave.
But, some will care. Some will recognise your worth and appreciate your time. Some will ask the right questions, the real questions. Some will be empathetic enough to ask you the Why. Some will make time and be patient enough to learn your story.
Find them. Keep them.
